Do I need to sign a contract to join your agency?
Yes! However, there is not a non-compete and our contract guidelines are very comparable to the industry-standard!

What is the commission split for advisors?
It depends on the experience you bring to the table! New advisors with no experience start at 65% and we go up from there. We cap out at 85%.

Are there monthly fees?
Yes! We charge $20/month for admin fees (payable upfront or per month). You are also responsible for your own Travel Joy account under our team, at $15/month.

What are your CLIA requirements?
This also depends on your experience! Message us for more info!

Will there be trainings and meetings?
Yes, absolutely! With our experience in marketing and other providers, you can 100% guarantee there will be plenty of optional opportunities for support!

How do we get paid?
Good news - 2x per month! We hired a professional accountant who is heading up the entire accounting department! You will be paid after clients travel + we have received the commission (typically 30-60 days after travel, but can vary)

What providers will I be able to sell?
You’ll be able to sell a wide variety of suppliers. We’re already set up with many and are adding more all the time.
