Welcome to Breakthrough Travel Co. By booking travel services with us, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Agency Role
Breakthrough Travel Co. (“Agency”) acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour companies, and other service providers ("Suppliers").

  • We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by Suppliers.

  • All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies.
     

2. Payments

  • Payment must be made in accordance with Supplier requirements and deadlines.

  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
     

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Supplier cancellation and change fees may apply.

  • Breakthrough Travel Co. service fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, when available, are issued by the Supplier and may take time to process.
     

4. Travel Documents & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • Valid passports and travel identification

  • Required visas and permits

  • Compliance with destination entry, health, and safety requirements

Failure to obtain necessary documents may result in denied travel without refund.

5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against:

  • Cancellation or interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Lost baggage or delays

  • Supplier default

If declined, the Client assumes financial responsibility for potential loss.

6. Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you understand and accept that Breakthrough Travel Co. is not liable for:

  • Injuries, illnesses, or accidents

  • Acts of nature, government actions, or delays

  • Loss of property or travel interruption outside our control


7. Agency Service Fees
Certain services may incur additional non-refundable fees, disclosed prior to billing.

8. Accuracy of Information
Clients agree to provide accurate information and review all confirmations for accuracy. Errors not reported promptly are the responsibility of the Client.

9. Limitation of Liability
Breakthrough Travel Co. is not responsible for:

  • Supplier failures or errors

  • Changes in pricing or availability

  • Missed flights, delays, or lost luggage

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid to the Agency for services.

10. Modifications
Breakthrough Travel Co. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
